By downloading or using VerdeLens (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
VerdeLens provides AI-assisted plant identification, plant health diagnosis, plant care guidance, and insect identification. Results are generated by automated recognition and AI systems.
Identification, diagnosis, and care results are estimates for general informational purposes only and may be inaccurate. They are NOT a substitute for professional horticultural, agricultural, veterinary, medical, or pest-control advice. Do not rely on the App to determine whether a plant, fruit, mushroom, or insect is safe to touch or eat. Never consume or handle any organism based solely on the App's output. We do not provide chemical mixing ratios or dosages; always follow product labels. The light meter is a rough estimate, not a professional instrument. You are solely responsible for decisions based on the App's output.
You agree not to misuse the service, circumvent quotas or security controls, submit content you have no right to submit, use the App unlawfully, or reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
Paid features are processed by Apple via the App Store. Pricing, trials, billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple and your Apple ID settings. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple.
The App, its design, and content (excluding your submitted photos and entries) are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. You retain rights to content you create and grant us a limited license to process your submitted photos solely to provide the requested feature.
The App relies on third-party recognition and AI providers and infrastructure (see Privacy Policy Section 4). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
